Talhoffer's Doublet

  Inspiration for this clothing were the illustrations in Alte Armatur und Ringkunst ( Copenhagen, Kongelige Bibliothek, Hans Talhoffers Alte Armatur und Ringkunst, Thott 290 2, 1459). Man is dressed in short linen braies, woolen hose, linen shirt, woolen doublet. His head is covered by linen coif and felt hat.
