Reislaufer

The clothing of a Swiss soldier consists of linen underpants and a shirt, an yellow/dark blue hose, and a short white/blue doublet (wams) to which is tied a brustfleck. The artwork for the wams was the design made by Erhard Schon - Heyne auss der Kyrchgassen von Schweitz, c. 1530. Accessories include headgears, knit socks and shoes. All is hand-sewn.
