Likely a woman's cape, according to period illustrations. Only the
part around the head survived, and it is depicted grey on the
figure. Our proposed completions of the pattern are drawn with the
dotted lines. Because the cape was buttoned below the chin, it is
impossible to estimate the circumference of the head, but we guess it
is within 45-50 cm. Late 14thy century.
